RawSpaceLab?

Looking for workspace?  We are a real estate focused co-working office with the goal of innovating on stale, unproductive, work environments. By bringing on smart independent members and building a clean, comfortable space, we are looking to encourage creative synergies and shake up the status quo.

In an industry that hoards information, we'd like to provide a forum where people can find useful resources and open, meaningful collaboration. We're also looking to draw from a diverse group within the industry from brokers (the good ones!) to architects and interior designers, space planners and energy consultants....radically refreshing!

Gowanus?

The low key, post industrial vibe is probably what drew us to Gowanus initially. And the growing creative community, enchanting old building stock and strong local market is what made us decide to put down roots and stay.

We felt this would be a perfect spot for progressive real estate professionals, developers, architects, interior designers, et al. to find opportunity, inspiration and of course, a comfortable place to work.

The Gowanus RawSpaceLab, located at 91 7th Street, is the first of what will hopefully become a small, vibrant network of creative co-working spaces throughout the 5 boroughs.
